From The Washington Capital Beltway (I-495) West of Silver Spring:
Take I-495 (the Beltway) toward Rockville. At the point where I-270 and the beltway split, bear right to continue on the Beltway.
Take the Georgia Avenue exit 31B. This exit is labeled as being toward Silver Spring. Take the southbound exit.
You will pass Staples on your right and the 16th street intersection. After one mile on Georgia Avenue, you will pass a Holiday Inn on your left.
Our building, The Metropolitan, with the revolving doors, is on your right on Georgia Avenue, between Fenwick Lane and Cameron Streets.
From The Beltway (I-495) East of Silver Spring:
Take I-495 (the Beltway) toward Silver Spring and Northern Virginia.
Take the Route 29/Colesville Road South exit.
After one mile on Colesville Road, you will pass the Town Center Hotel on your left. (This hotel used to be the Quality Hotel.)
Take a right on Fenton Street, which is the first right after the Town Center Hotel.
Take a left on Cameron Street to Georgia Avenue.
Our building, The Metropolitan, with the revolving doors, is on your right on Georgia Avenue, between Fenwick Lane and Cameron Street.
From Washington, D.C.:
Take 16th Street northbound toward Maryland.
At the D.C./Maryland line, there is a small traffic circle. Continue on 16th Street past the circle.
Turn right on Spring Street, then right on Second Avenue, past the Post Office on your right.
Continue through the 1st set of traffic lights.
At the 2nd set of lights take a left on Cameron Street and continue to Georgia Avenue.
Our building, The Metropolitan, with the revolving doors, is on your left on Georgia Avenue, between Fenwick Lane and Cameron Street.
Walking From the Silver Spring Metro Station:
Take the Metro red line to the Silver Spring station.
As you exit the station, follow the signs for Colesville Road northbound. Walk north on Colesville Road toward downtown Silver Spring. (This is the direction toward the Metro station parking lot and bus stops.)
Continue straight on Colesville Road and turn left on Georgia Avenue.
You will pass Fidler Lane by the Verizon Building on the left, then Cameron Street, also on your left.<.

Parking:
Use the five-story public parking garage. Entrance on Cameron Street or Fenwick Lane off Georgia Avenue. The parking garage is immediately behind our building, and rates are quite affordable.
Access to The Metropolitan Building after 6:00 pm:
If you need access to the building after 6:00 pm, you will need to pick up the phone beside the back and front door of the building and tell the operator your name and suite #606, in order to have access to our office.
