As strong advocates of research-based communication, we believe that understanding your audience and the way it perceives an issue or topic is critical to creating successful communications campaigns and products. Thus, our research and evaluation services include both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, such as statistical analyses, environmental scans, literature reviews, key informant interviews, exploratory focus groups, concept testing, materials pre-testing, and survey research.
TMN offers its own in-house focus group facility with:
- Client viewing room
- State-of-the-art audio/visual equipment
- 15’ x 18’ ft room with conference-style seating
- Wall props for poster displays
- Wireless Internet access
- Separate client and participant entrances and waiting areas
Additionally, we provide bilingual moderators and an extensive recruitment database for hard-to-reach audiences.
